Q: Where is the TOEFL iBT available?
A: TOEFL iBT is available in most parts of the world. ETS continues
to offer the TOEFL paper-based test to supplement the TOEFL iBT
test center network. A list of cities that have TOEFL iBT test
centers are available at www.ets.org/toefl/locations.

Q: How can test takers register?
A: Test takers can register online at www.ets.org/toefl/info/register,
or by phone or mail. Registration and Information Bulletins are
available online and at many educational advising centers,
colleges, universities and libraries.

Q: How much longer will paper-based testing be available?
A: Paper-based testing will continue to be available in areas where
TOEFL iBT is not yet offered or if additional testing capacity is
needed in a specific location.

Q: How much longer will the TSE® test (Test of Spoken
English) be available?
A: The TSE test will continue to be available upon request in areas
where TOEFL iBT is not yet supported.

Q: What is the fee for the TOEFL iBT?
A: The price of the test varies by country. Please check
www.ets.org/toefl/info for the test fees in your country.

Q: Are sample questions available?
A: A free TOEFL iBT The sampler is available with registration. The
Sampler includes questions from sections of the Internet-based
test. The Reading and Listening sections are interactive
and sample responses are provided for the Writing and
Speaking questions.

Q: Is it possible to take a practice test and get a score?
A: Yes, TOEFL iBT practice exams can be purchased at TOEFL®
Practice Online, www.ets.org/toefl/info/practice. This site
features practice exams that include exclusive TOEFL iBT
practice questions covering all four skills: Reading, Listening,
Speaking and Writing, with instant scoring. In addition, TOEFL iBT
practice test-takers have the opportunity to join TOEFL® access,
a free online community that allows them to participate
in discussion boards and receive a free e-magazine with
information about studying in English-speaking countries.

TOEFL test scores?
A: More than 6,000 colleges, universities, licensing agencies and
immigration services in more than 110 countries accept TOEFL
